Wanted to frame an autographed album I received and wasn’t satisfied with any of the frames I was finding. It was suggested that I try the Frame Cellar. I am an Elementary Art teacher with Hilliard City School District. Every May before school lets out I have an Art show. We celebrate students’ artistic talent.
